The Bloodborne Pathogens Best Practice has been created for information and guidance of workers to protect them from Bloodborne infectious diseases. Protection is particularly targeted toward employees exposed to agents or occupational situations that could cause accidental transmission of any Bloodborne infectious disease in general and both HIV and HBV in particular. This program should be reviewed, at a minimum, with workers who are the first aid attendants in your company.
