This program applies to all companies operating commercial vehicles operating north of the 60th parallel. It includes guidelines for dispatchers, drivers, maintenance & repair personnel and administrative personnel. This Commercial Transportation Best Practices offers guidelines designed to address specific actions including but not limited to: seatbelts, speed limits, refueling, hours of service, cargo securement, load restrictions, inspections & maintenance, driver & vehicle file requirements, paperwork requirements, logbooks, etc.
